We are committed to providing genuine and personalized spiritual guidance through our services, including Psychic Reading, Mediumship, Energy Check, Vastu Consultation, Monthly Guidance, Workshops, and other spiritual consultation services.

Please read this Refund & Replacement Policy carefully before booking any session.

Nature of Our Services

All services offered by The Priya Sharma World are personalized, appointment-based spiritual consultation services. Every booking reserves dedicated time, preparation, and energy exclusively for you.

Due to the personalized nature of these services, all bookings are generally non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances specifically described in this policy.

Non-Refundable Services

Unless otherwise stated in this policy, payments made for the following services are non-refundable:

Psychic Reading
Energy Check
Vastu Consultation
Monthly Guidance
Follow-up Guidance
Workshops
Digital spiritual guidance
Any customized consultation or spiritual service offered by The Priya Sharma World

A refund will not be issued in any of the following situations:

You disagree with the guidance provided.
The session does not meet your personal expectations.
You decide not to attend your scheduled appointment.
You miss your appointment.
You change your mind after booking.
You no longer wish to continue after the booking has been confirmed.

Mediumship Session Refund Policy

Mediumship is a unique spiritual practice that depends entirely on establishing a genuine connection with Spirit. While every sincere effort is made during each session, such a connection cannot be guaranteed.

If Priya Sharma is genuinely unable to establish a meaningful Spirit connection after two sincere attempts, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for the Mediumship session.

Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be approved if:

Two genuine Mediumship connection attempts have been completed by Priya Sharma.
No meaningful Spirit connection could be established during either attempt.
The booking qualifies under the terms of this Refund Policy.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Replacement Credit Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Although our services are generally non-refundable, we offer a Replacement Credit as a customer convenience.

If you are unable to attend your booked session or are not eligible for a monetary refund, the amount paid may be converted into a Service Credit, which can be used toward any eligible service offered by The Priya Sharma World.

Eligible services include, but are not limited to:

Psychic Reading
Mediumship Session
Energy Check
Vastu Consultation
Monthly Guidance
Workshops
Any other eligible service offered by The Priya Sharma World

Replacement Credit Terms

The credit amount will be equal to the original amount paid.
The credit remains valid for 3 months from the original booking date.
The credit may be used for one or multiple eligible services until the available balance is exhausted.
If the selected service costs more than the available credit, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of booking.
Replacement Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person, or converted into a monetary refund.
Any unused credit will automatically expire after 3 months from the original booking date.

This Replacement Credit is offered solely as a customer convenience and does not modify or replace the Refund Policy. Monetary refunds will only be issued in the specific circumstances outlined in this policy.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please notify us as early as possible.

Rescheduling requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability. Approval of a rescheduling request is solely at the discretion of The Priya Sharma World.

Chargebacks

Initiating an unauthorized payment dispute or chargeback after receiving a service or after a session has been delivered may result in:
- Suspension of future bookings.
- Temporary restriction of services while the dispute is investigated.
- Submission of booking records and communication history to the payment provider as supporting evidence.
